无形的武器

After the 9/11 attack, the seemingly calm world fell into a huge panic. Countries like the United States started implementing stricter management systems in order to eradicate terrorist activities. However, the more strict the U.S.'s management of the world, the more civil wars erupted in other countries. Captain Shepherd of the U.S. military continuously tracked a mysterious man named John Paul, who had been operating in secret behind the scenes. John Paul had previously worked at MIT studying linguistics and was highly knowledgeable in syntax. After resigning, he traveled to different countries, but wherever he went, chaos ensued. What tactics was John Paul using? Would Shepherd be able to successfully complete his mission?
