As globalization continues and China's participation in the WTO strengthens, China's manufacturing industry, particularly home appliances, faces increasing foreign competition. In response, domestic household electrical appliance enterprises are focusing on improving their logistics to gain a competitive edge. This paper aims to explore China's household electrical appliance enterprises' logistics competitive strategy and development mode, with a focus on the well-known TCL as a case study. By analyzing TCL's logistics reform achievements and practices in the context of industrial organization, strategic management, and economic and management science, we can identify successful strategies and explore how other domestic home appliance enterprises can enhance their logistics capabilities. In doing so, we seek to understand the competitive position and strategic goals of Chinese manufacturing in logistics, identify core competencies, and provide ways to improve logistics' competitiveness. Ultimately, enterprises should assess their unique conditions, draw lessons from successful modes, and determine efficient logistics operations and corresponding competition strategies to enhance overall competitiveness, while also considering future prospects for enterprise logistics development.
