This is a promotional text for "Before I Became a Solo Traveler", the first photo essay collection by photographer Yuhua, featuring 224 high-resolution images and collaborations with top artists from various European countries such as the UK, Netherlands, and Denmark during the four major fashion weeks.

The book tells the stories and encounters of author Yuhua during their solo travels and ten-year stay abroad, depicting the diverse and vivid beauty of the world. From the blackouts in London to the Scottish nights, from winter in Prague to sunsets in Florence, from the Lake District to Manchester, from the Sahara stars to the midnight streets of Barcelona, from Danish girls to rainy Paris and the otherworldly sky island at the end of the world, the book explores the theme of solo travel and the countless changes and wonders of life.

Collecting all the shades of blue, capturing sounds in a jar, gathering raindrops in a box, and encapsulating summer in one handful, the author records their journeys through distant lands, peeling off layers of themselves before strangers, walking together for a little bit, and quietly witnessing the beauty and brightness of the world. Though travelers may walk alone, they are never truly lonely, and the book offers a reassuring message that goodbyes are never final.
