Life is full of epiphanies. The $20 treasury notes that I picked up in the United States caught my attention because of their cover design. Little did I know that this seemingly insignificant encounter would have a profound impact on my life and perception. It served as a catalyst for self-reflection and introduced me to the realm of psychology, enabling me to recognize and understand the profound effects of trauma on my own life.

This realization marked the beginning of my journey towards self-recovery. I dove headfirst into an ocean of self-awareness and mental development, exploring the depths of my being and unearthing the layers of my true self.
