Basically, this book provides examples of real human emotions, invalidates them, and fails to offer any tools to manage these emotions. The message is simple: choose to be happy and stop complicating your life with traumas and emotions. However, the writing style is not impressive as it is a conversation between two people, the "youth" and the "philosopher," which appears to be made up by the latter to boost their ego. Although the book has some good points, it is not recommended for those who want to improve themselves. Moreover, the "Deny Trauma" section is unacceptable.
