Furthermore, he exhibited true strength in forgiving his adversaries after the Civil War, treating them with kindness and generosity. I will always remember the opening words of his famous Second Inaugural Address: "With malice toward none, with charity for all..." These words are inscribed on the walls of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., a testament to his legacy and impact.
